TrackIn is the check-in and check-out system that turns student flow into a clear, reliable record — so directors can stop managing spreadsheets and get back to running the center.

The three-step flow
Students search their own name at the kiosk — first or last, filtered live from the roster on shift. No ID card, no code to remember, no clipboard.
TrackIn shows today's subjects and the session limit that comes with them — 30 minutes for a single subject, 60 for math and reading combined — locked in the moment they check in.
With attendance handled automatically, staff get a live floor view instead of a sign-in sheet, and directors get a clean record instead of five mismatched spreadsheets.

About TrackIn
As a longtime Kumon student and later a staff tutor, Samar Pithiya loved watching students succeed. But behind the scenes, the daily operations were a nightmare of paper logs, scattered spreadsheets, and sticky notes — payroll, student progress, parent reports, and staff timesheets tracked across five different places.
Then the inevitable happened. A single data entry mistake spiraled out of control. Hours were logged incorrectly, a student's record went missing, and asking someone else to help fix the spreadsheet only created more mistakes. He was spending more time fighting admin work than actually helping students.
That was the breaking point. There had to be a better way — so he built TrackIn.

Frequently asked
Still curious? Reach out and we'll walk you through it.
They walk up to the kiosk and search their own first or last name from a live roster — no ID card, code, or staff interaction required. Tapping their name opens a confirmation card with their subjects and session limit for the day.
No. The kiosk is a self-service name search, not a card or badge scanner. That keeps setup to a single tablet or shared device at the front desk, with nothing to print, lose, or replace.
Their timer keeps running and turns red once they've passed their session limit, both on the kiosk and on staff's live floor view, so it's caught the moment anyone glances at the screen. Staff can also force a check-out from the owner or staff portal.
Every student can have multiple contacts — parent, guardian, or other — with one marked primary. If a session runs over its time limit, TrackIn sends that primary contact a pickup text automatically, with the delivery status logged for a permanent record.
Yes. Visit history and staff timesheets both export as CSV, Excel, or a landscape PDF, and the export respects whatever filters are already applied — location, staff member, and date range all carry through.
Check-ins, check-outs, and staff clock-ins are all written the instant they happen through Supabase Realtime — no polling interval, no manual refresh, and no rounding to the nearest few minutes.
